Your Baby Can Read & Books / Activities from Scholastic Infant - 5yrs.

Our program uses your baby can read to introduce receptive, expressive, and written language skills simultaneously during young children’s window of opportunity for learning language. Most children learn language skills using a traditional approach of only hearing spoken language. Children often aren't allowed to systematically see words until age five, when about 90% of their brains are already developed.

Your Baby Can Read is designed to teach language skills in a way that is similar to how babies learn about toys. When babies learn about toys or other objects, they explore and learn by touching, seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and moving the toys or objects. Our program allows children to use multiple senses while learning language skills and encourages them to interact with their environment

Transitional Kindergarteners

During this time we ensure that children have these pivotal skills, which are foundations to successful learning, when they begin kindergarten. Transitional kindergarten bridges the path between preschool and kindergarten and gives students the gift of time that will help them build a strong foundation for future school success.
